A revamped booth to meet the needs of the market

Once again this year we will be present at Marmomac, the most important international event dedicated to natural stone and its many applications.
It will be a special edition for us, because we will present our new booth: a space completely redesigned to dialogue with the language of contemporary architecture.

Raw material becoming form, sign and vision

We started with a question: how is the value of stone communicated today?
We sought the answer in substance, but also in the way substance is told. Hence the decision to set up a new space, closer to the world of design, capable of enhancing textures, finishes and color combinations in a context that speaks the language of interior, hospitality and contract.

The booth you will find this year, will be a design tool, a place to touch possible materials and finishes to imagine their application potential, and be guided by visual and tactile suggestions.
Come to our booth to observe, explore and touch the stone on display. We have chosen to display materials in different surface finishes, because we know that each treatment profoundly changes the visual and tactile perception of natural stone, and with it the experience of the entire project.

A few examples:

Polished natural stone is for those who seek a smooth but opaque surface, capable of discreetly telling the authenticity of the material. It is ideal in contexts where the stone must integrate with harmony and silent elegance.

Polished natural stone is for those who want sharp reflections and mirrored surfaces. A choice that enhances the natural color and deep texture of the material, restoring luminosity and visual richness.

Satin natural stone is for those who want a balance between matte and polished, between naturalness and refinement. Its surface returns a velvety and uniform feel to the touch, perfect for enhancing environments with a contemporary character.

Natural stone with a crust finish is for those seeking the most authentic expressiveness of rock. It is the irregular, rough surface that tells of the geological origin of the material. Its split finish is ideal for projects that evoke strength, roots and identity.

Each finish is a conscious design choice, capable of influencing the environment in which it is laid, because depending on its surface, light, perceptual temperature, sound and visual comfort will respond differently. That is why, in our booth, you can see them all, laid side by side to recognize the differences, and combined with other furnishing materials, to imagine the endless compositional possibilities that natural stone can offer.

A natural stone aesthetic that responds to the market

The evolution of taste in recent years has led to the rediscovery of material, authentic surfaces capable of telling a story. We have identified therefore, trends related to surfaces and the aesthetics of their textures, which help us give an updated reading of the market.

1. Natural finishes: there is a growing preference for less patinated and more authentic finishes. Finishes that enhance the surface matter of natural stone, such as honed, sandblasted, and bush-hammered, which transform the surface into a sensory element.

2. Marked veining: the veining of marbles, natural quartzites and semi-precious stones, which show a strong contrast with the color of the surface, are increasingly sought after because they attract the eye and give a strong character to the design.

3. Continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces: there is a strong trend to use materials that can dress both indoor and outdoor environments, to create visual continuity. As long as the material is durable and the finish suitable, our solutions fully meet this need.

4. Mix of finishes: even within the same architectural element (counter, floor, wall covering), there is a move toward combining different finishes to create interesting contrasts. This enriches tactile and visual perception, giving depth and uniqueness to the project.
